October 1, 2013HOSPICE OF THE NORTH COAST WELCOMES LISA FRAZEE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Carlsbad, CA … Lisa Frazee has joined the Hospice of the North Coast (HNC) Board of Directors.
Frazee is an attorney with Oceanside-based Feist, Vetter, Knauf and Loy (FVK&L), the oldest law firm in North County and a recognized leader in the area’s legal community for more than 60 years. A recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award, Frazee, who joined FVK&L in 1989, represents clients in matters involving homeowners associations.
In addition to longtime ties to the local business community, Frazee has deep roots in North County. She traces her Frazee and Borden family trees back several generations. This connection makes her involvement in HNC special, Frazee reports.
She states, “I enjoy being able to contribute to an organization that serves a community in which I grew up and where I still reside. I see a need for education about hospice in our area. I look forward to helping to bring to fruition the Board’s vision of a residential facility in our North County coastal area.”
Frazee lives in Oceanside with her two beloved dogs. Her son, Andy Morgosh, graduated this spring from Williams College in Massachusetts. Her daughter, Alyssa Morgosh, attends Bates College in Maine. Among her other activities, Frazee devotes a great deal of time to serving her church, North Coast Calvary Chapel in Carlsbad.
HNC Executive Director Nerice Kaufman states, “We are very pleased to have someone of Lisa Frazee’s professional stature and personal commitment serve on the Board. The Frazee family is iconic in North County. Lisa’s presence on the Board bolsters HNC’s standing in the community and strengthens the close bonds we have with our clients.”
