During the month of May, HNC is challenging its employees to get 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
Here are some tips to help you get started:
Take the stairs
Take a walk during lunch
Join a gym with a co-worker
Stretch once an hour at your desk
Challenge a co-worker to a mapped run
Do crunches, squats and sit ups while watching TV
