We Honor Veterans Program Level 5 Partner

We are proud to have achieved Level 5 Partner status through the We Honor Veterans program, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs.  This tiered recognition program demonstrates a systematic commitment to improving care for veterans through assessment and integration of best practices. Having achieved Level 5, the highest partnership level, Hospice of the North Coast is better able to meet the unique needs of America’s veterans and their families.  It is our honor to serve those who have served our nation.
