December 24, 2020Diet Considerations During Palliative Care
March 10, 2021According to the Veteran’s Administration, just over 31% of U.S. Veterans are aged 65 or older. As they navigate their healthcare benefits, long-term care plans, and end-of-life issues, those men and women who served our country may find themselves needing services themselves. Hospice of the North Coast is a We Honor Veterans Level 5 certified provider, and we have prepared this overview of resources for our local Veteran community and their caregivers to consider when planning for the future.
