Honor Their Memory with a Commemorative Ornament
Carry the memory of someone you love with a personalized 2026 Light Up A Life commemorative ornament.
- With a gift of $100 or more, you will receive a personalized ornament featuring your loved one's name. This special keepsake offers a meaningful way to honor their memory during the holiday season and for years to come.
- When making your gift, simply follow the prompts to provide the name you would like included on your ornament.
- We will do everything possible to ensure ornaments ordered by the designated deadline arrive in time for Christmas.

As part of Light Up A Life, we invite you to submit the name of a loved one you would like to honor and remember.
- Names received by the submission deadline November 27th, 2026 will be included in the 2026 Light Up A Life event program.
- If you are honoring more than one person, please separate each name with a comma when completing the form.
- A suggested donation of $25 per family helps support the mission of Hospice of the North Coast and allows us to continue providing compassionate care and support throughout our community.
