At Hospice of the North Coast, we believe in honoring the brave men and women who have served our nation. That's why we are proud to partner with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through the We Honor Veterans program.
What is the We Honor Veterans program?
It's a collaborative effort that focuses on compassionate care, respectful inquiry, and grateful acknowledgement for our veterans. By working together, we ensure that excellent end-of-life care is provided for them. As a Level 5 partner in the We Honor Veterans program, we have demonstrated a systematic commitment to improving care for our veterans.
